Lancaster Vets takes pride in looking after clients and their pets. We are all passionate about animals and know that pets are an important member of the family. Here at Lancaster Vets ‘Every Paw Matters’
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, customer care focussed, receptionist to join our practice. Hours of work:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday and 1:4 Saturdays
In this vital role, you will;
• Provide a friendly, conscientious and caring encounter to represent the practice.
• Greet clients and visitors to the Practice in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Provide a high-level of customer care.
• Answer the telephone in accordance with Practice protocols.
• Make appointments.
• Complete administrative duties.
The role involves direct contact with animals and supporting equipment.
